1.The filling speed is fast, the photoelectric eye accurately locates the bottle mouth, the infrared has no omission and the bottle is accurately locked, seamless connection and fast filling, and the production process is continuous without any pause, for 500ml dosage, it can fill 40 ~ 50 bottles per minute. And for 1000ml dosage, the filling speed is 40-50 bottles per minute. This double-head filling machine can match the speed of 8 or 10 heads ordinary linear filling machine
 
2.Intelligent memory, fast product switching, automatic memory storage of all product related parameters without physical adjustment, different bottle types (same product), different heights, different capacities, only 3-5s to complete debugging and product switching (If the filling nozzle needs to be replaced, it takes 3-5 minutes); the next product is instantly put into operation to completely solve the problem of time and effort due to the large variety but small amount of single products, and frequent machine adjustments.
 
3.The intelligent computer has built-in BOM production management software, and familiar with all the operations in the short time.
 
4.Precise filling, almost no error, using fully automatic servo motor, any bottle type filling dosage is accurate and uniform, completely solve the troubles caused by large filling dosage error.
