Function:
1. This machine adopts pneumatic piston booster and volume measurement & the special three-way valve to fill, suitable for filling and sealing cup with, water, milk, jam, honey, Margarine, jelly etc, & the filling precision is very high.
2. With PLC & touch screen, it's easy to control & operate.
3. Electric and pneumatic combined driving ensures stable performance, can fully auto finish cup-supplying, jam & yogurt filling, film feeding & sealing & trimming, vacuum manipulator cap-feeding & pressing & auto cup discharging, thus with great automation & efficiency.
4. Main parts all adopts the world-famous brands, like Simens, Schneider & Sick. It has the incomparable advantages of low failure rate, stable and reliable performance as well as the surprising longevity.
5. Material contacting parts & frame are all top-quality stainless steel, with delicate design & nice appearance, in accordance with GMP requirements.
Main parts description:
  1. Auto cup feeding system
This part adopts cylinder & sensor to control & separate cups, achieving auto cup-supplying accurately. Each container above the mould can hold 50-60cups at one time, then labor adds stack cups.

2.Auto fruit jam filling system  
  1. Adopting piston-pump to fill, easy to adjust filling dosage, can be adjusted the filling dosage at one time, also can be separately slightly adjusted each filling nozzle.
  2. Adopting high-position hopper with mixing system, it's much easier to feed fruit jams evenly to each cup.
  3. Filling nozzle is equipped with anti-drop system, which ensures no drop leakage.

3.Auto yogurt filling system

  2. Adopting high-position hopper with liquid-level controller, can be equipped with auto material feeding pump, thus ensuring the enough material in the hopper & continuous working.
  3. Filling nozzle is equipped with shrinking system, which ensures no drop leakage.

4. Auto cup sealing part

1) Vacuum device & photoelectric sensors are installed in the machine to auto position each film to the cup, assuring the accurate position & perfect sealing effect..
2) Hot sealing device, tight sealing & trimming, with absolutely reliable sealing quality.
 
5. Auto manipulator cover-feeding-pressing system 
  1. The cover-feeding system adopts vacuum absorbing covers one by one, inverting covers & putting by manipulator; accurately positioning ensures perfect cap-feeding,
  2. Then it also gives a slight pressing force controlled by cylinder to make the cover on the cup perfectly.
  3. Cylinder adopts Taiwan Airtac, and all the electric parts adopt France Schneider.
 
6. Auto cup-transferring system
  It adopts cylinder to accurately position & prop finished products up, and then the special blading system to push the cups to another conveyer & begin the next work process.
