2. Introduction:
CHAF-100 Rotary 3-in-1 Monoblock Powder Filling Machine is a high-precision filling equipment specially developed and produced by our company for micro dosage and small-dosage powder products. It can fill as little as 0.2 grams with a filling accuracy of 0.02 grams.

This machine adopts advanced HIM (Human-Machine Interface) for easy operation. The entire machine is made of 304 stainless steel and high-quality aluminum alloy, while the parts contact with powder are made of 316 stainless steel, ensuring durability and compliance with GMP hygiene standards.

Major electrical and pneumatic components are sourced from world famous brands, guaranteeing excellent overall performance and stable operation of the equipment.

With a high degree of automation, this machine is suitable for filling various dry powder products. It can automatically complete the entire process, including automatic bottle feeding, quantitative filling, automatic inner plug picking, automatic inner stoppers pressing, automatic exterior caps picking, automatic exterior caps screwing, and automatic finished bottles discharging. Additionally, it can be connected to automatic labeling equipment and automatic box packing equipment to form an automated production line.
