Whole production line introduction:
This producion line composed with one set automatic filling machine, two sets capping machines, one set bottles push-down device, one set cardboards feeding and folding machine, one set shrink film packing machine, and one set shrinking oven, and many sets linear and bending conveyor belts. (We can also add automatic empty bottles feeding machine, automatic bottles labeling machine, date/batch coder, cartons erecting & openning machine, cartons sealing machine.)
Working procedure:
Firstly, the automatica filling machine fills liquid detergent, shampoo, etc., into bottles, then, the bottles will be separated to be two ways, one way is for ordinary caps, another way is for pump covers, after add and close the ordinary caps and pump covers, each two bottles with ordinary caps and one bottle with pump cover will be grouped automatically, then, each three bottles will be pushed down and wrapped a cardboard on the bottom of the bottles, then, the bottles will be packed by shrink film automatically, finnally, the bottles packed with shrink film go through the shirnking oven to be packed tightly.

Payment terms:
