Product introduction:




USXP series is the product which our factory has large output for the past few years. Its advantages of simple structure, easy operation, easy to clean, low cost make it deeply favored by pharmaceutical factories. It can be used for washing of molded vial and big volume plastic, glass bottles. The replacement parts can be easily changed.
Working principle:
This machine mainly consists of bottle unscrambling turntable, bottle inverted track, coarsely washing and finely washing tank. Coarsely washing means washing the inner and outer wall of the bottles by the power of ultrasonic wave. Finely washing adopts powerful high pressure purified water, injection water and compressed air to back wash the inner and outer wall of the bottles alternately. It can reach the required quality standard of pharmaceutical companies.
Washing process:
The turntable pushes the bottles into the star wheel then to the bottle twisted track. With the help of star wheel, the bottles rotate 360 degree in the track, and rinsed by water and air. Finally, the washed bottles will be pushed into the tunnel oven or bottle-collecting table or convoying belt.
