Introduction: 
This machine is auto washing and drying machine, just need 2 person put the bottles into the convey belt, then the machine will be automatic finished the washing and cleaning work.

Working progress:
soak - wash brush outside - brush inside - rinse - high temperature washing - drain out of the bottle - into the filling machine
Working Principle
The bottles are transferred by convey belt which enter into the soaking machine where the soda/alkali liquid' density up to 2% and its temperature up to 70ºC, the soaking and sterilizing time will be taken 10-15min,then auto enter into outside brush bottles area where the steel brush the soaked bottles and removed the labels, then the bottles are moved into the brush inside area where brush the bottles' inside,after brushing work finished the bottles will be washed by high pressure water, then the cleaned bottles should be cleaned under the hot water soak and spray. The washed bottles still have few drop water cline in the inside bottle,so just need one auto drying machine to dry.
